罗伯特·埃弗瑞·韦伯对中国期货市场国际化进程提出了四点建议。第一，对于期货市场国际化，要着重关注订单流入国际化，需要去更多吸引国外的相关订单，关注对冲机构之间的订单。第二，在国外不同的交易所之间加大合作力度，应用当地的交易平台。第三，允许国外的期货合约挂牌，吸引国际的订单流。第四，扩大交易时间，让交易者有更多的参与。
